Technical lead and software architect, based in Singapore.

I design and build web products and internal platforms across backend, frontend and infrastructure, and lead the teams that deliver them. Recent work is .NET, TypeScript, AWS and LLM-based systems.

Some of it has been large: an employee-benefits platform serving around 3.5 million employees, and a dealership platform whose largest deployment ran around 50,000 internal users. Six years on the first of those without a critical production defect from my team.

Most of these teams were split between Europe and APAC. There is not much overlap in the working day, so decisions get written down and handoffs between teams have to be clean.
